RETURN POLICY:

Please note the following rules for returning product to Smart Pots:

  • Product must be UNUSED to return for a refund. 
  • Product must be returned within 30 days of order date. 
  • In order for a return to be processed, all returns must include order # and customer’s name.  
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and will not be reimbursed for it. 
  • Photos may be required on a situational basis.

2.      Send the return shipment tracking information, your order #, and your customer information to us at [email protected] .

3.      Once we receive the returned goods, we will contact you and process the exchange & refund of any difference owed. Your refund amount is returned via Paypal (our credit card processor). 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Smart Pots happily ships worldwide! Please note international shipping times vary and will take longer than domestic orders.

We currently offer free shipping $99+ and $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $99. *lower 48 only. 

Please allow 1-3 days for processing prior to shipment. 

We strive to ship items within 3 days of order date (weekends and holidays excluded).

Your order may arrive in separate boxes. This will not affect your total shipping costs. 

All orders are shipped via FedEx unless USPS is specified by the customer prior to shipment.
